Upon completion from Hands On Medical Massage School in Redlands Ca in 2007, I spent 4 years honing my massage skills while working at the Drayson Center in Loma Linda California. There I specialized in Sports massage. I utilized numerous massage modalities to achieve targeted results with massage such as Deep tissue, Lymphatic, Myofascial, Swedish, and Pain management.

My goal has always been to help individuals speed recovery from the stress and strains of training and racing and to help eliminate the aches and pains associated with work and or normal everyday life activities.

When it comes to understanding the aches and pains of training and racing for example, believe me I understand. I have been an endurance athlete since the mid 1990’s. I have competed in many events from 10k and marathons, to Ironman triathlons. Therefore I pretty much know where you’re hurting as soon as you tell me what you do for recreation. Sports Massage and massage therapy in general has numerous positive effects on the body from:
